Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
CreateIT Solutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. If a client is not completely satisfied with our services, a refund may be provided. Refunds take a maximum of 30 working days to process into the client’s account via credits or direct deposit.
Clients are encouraged to read and understand our refund policy to ensure transparency. Refunds for design payments are provided as a courtesy but are subject to approval by our internal management, which reserves the right to reject any request.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds for website-related issues or dissatisfaction with work will be processed with the client’s approval. Clients must specify account details and reasons for refunds before processing.
Refunds and cancellations may be issued under the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of the Product: If a client does not receive the delivery email due to mailing issues, they should contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Department within 30 days of the service delivery date.
Download and Unzipping Issues: If a client experiences difficulties downloading or unzipping a product, they must contact our Technical Support Department. Failure to do so within 30 days will result in the assumption that the product was successfully received.
Major Defects: If unexpected errors occur in a product, clients must report the issue to our Technical Support Team for approval. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If we fail to fix the defect within this period, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, a replacement product of similar value may be offered. Clients may be required to provide temporary server access to facilitate issue resolution. Refusal to provide access may result in refund denial.
Product Not-As-Described: Clients must report such issues to our Technical Support Department within 30 days of service delivery. Clear evidence must be provided showing discrepancies between the product and its description. Complaints based on false expectations will not be honored.
Children’s Policy
Only individuals aged 18 or older may access our products. Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided personal information, they should contact us immediately. If we find that information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will remove it and cancel the order immediately.
